SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All lampshades are handmade to order and require 1-2 weeks to create before shipping. Your order will be carefully crafted once payment is received, and we'll notify you when it's ready to ship.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options within the UK:

Standard Shipping - Royal Mail 48 Tracked

• Delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch
• Full tracking provided
• Included in standard shipping rate

Express Shipping

• Faster delivery option available at checkout
• Additional cost applies
• Full tracking provided

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Total Delivery Time

Please allow 1-2 weeks for production plus 2-3 working days for standard delivery (or less for express shipping). Total time from order to delivery is typically 2-3 weeks for standard shipping.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to The United Kingdom. 

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
