No Returns or Refunds
All lampshades sold by Layla's Lampshades and Interiors are handmade to order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases.
Custom-Made Products
Each lampshade is individually crafted to your specifications once your order is placed. This means that every piece is unique and made especially for you, which prevents us from reselling returned items.
Quality Guarantee
While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your product arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
